We want you to be happy with your plants! If your order doesn’t arrive in the expected condition, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only accepted if the plant arrives in poor condition, or not as advertised.

• Slight browning of leaves during transit is normal and not eligible for a return.

How to Request a Return

1. Take clear photos of the plant inside its original packaging.

2. Contact us on the day of delivery with your photos.

3. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label.

4. You can then post the plant back in it's original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned plant, we’ll process your full refund.
