We want you to be happy with your plants! If your order doesn’t arrive in the expected condition, we’re here to help.

• If your plant arrives in poor condition or isn't as advertised, you can return it for a full refund and we'll cover the return postage.

• Changed your mind? You can return your plant within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you, and there's no restocking fee.

• Slight browning or a dropped leaf after transit is normal and usually settles within a week or two — get in touch and we'll advise.

1. Email hello@oddleaf.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. If your plant arrived damaged, include photos of the plant and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We'll confirm where to send it, and provide a return label if the plant arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Pack the plant carefully, ideally in its original packaging, and post it back.

Once we've received the plant and checked its condition, we'll process your refund — usually the same day, and always within 5 working days.

Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within a further 2–3 working days.
