Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are only accepted if the plant arrives in poor condition.

  • Slight browning of leaves during transit is normal and not eligible for a return.

How to Request a Return
  1. Take clear photos of the plant inside its original packaging.
  2. Contact us on the day of delivery with your photos.
  3. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label.
